Hey, I’m Karen, aka Karen On Copy.
Half Engineer, half English major, I started writing code for programs years ago when I couldn’t get what I wanted from off-the shelf programs. Always a reader and writer, over time friends and family would ask me for help with writing resumes, critiquing their college papers, designing their websites, or belong them with simple query functions in Excel. That evolved into a wonderful business where I’ve been providing copywriting services and technical writing for more than 20 years, and web design for more than 10.
Somewhere along the way, it made sense to share my gifts.
I believe everyone has a God-given gift, and for some people, those gifts don’t include writing or website design. That’s where I come in. My favorite businesses to help are small business and ministries, but I’m also perfectly at home writing long form technical documents (I am an engineer, remember?)
